The jury is still out on exactly what one has to do in order to get this sticker to trigger. There is speculation right now as to whether or not this is a Live Fan sticker or simply requires check-ins to multiple related topics in order to get it to pop. It has been reported that it triggers after having checked-in to the TV Shows for every round of the tournament (which do not have the sticker showing as associated with them) in addition to the main topic.
