Glossary
Fan Sticker - a sticker that requires you to check-in to a topic a total of five times to get it to pop.

Five-and-Out - the act of checking-in to a topic just enough times to get the Fan sticker and then never touching it again. The same thing for a SuperFan sticker would be a Fifteen-and-Out

Gluebie - someone who is new to GetGlue (and typically doesn't have a lot of stickers or is missing show premiere stickers.)

Gluser - a creepy stalker-type who replies to your comments or check-ins and won't leave you alone. Typically ends up on your block list in short order.

Live Check-In - a check-in that is only valid for a limited amount of time, typically an hour or half an hour, while a TV show is on the air. Commonly seen for season premiere stickers or weekly show stickers. Also, the act of checking-in while the show is on the air.

Parroting - the act of checking-in to a topic with the same phrase everyone else is using, without knowing whether or not it will work, in the hopes that a sticker will pop.

Phrase Sticker - a sticker that requires you to check-in with a special keyword or phrase to get it to pop.

Rapid-Fire Check-Ins - The act of checking-in while only waiting the minimum amount of time (15 minutes). A good way to rack up check-ins but doing this on an item you've never checked-in to before will not net you a Fan sticker. Your first four check-ins can be rapid-fire, but your fifth will need to wait for a few hours.

Season Fan Sticker - a sticker that requires you to Live Check-In to a show five times

Season SuperFan Sticker - a sticker that requires you to Live Check-In to a show 10 times to get it to pop

Stick-Tease - the act of GetGlue hinting at the availability of a sticker and then not making it available. (See Jonah Hex, Jack Sparrow, and Don't Steal Me Stickers)

Sticker Blue Balls - the condition of having met the requirements for earning a sticker but not receiving it. Typically seen on days that a lot of stickers are released as the server glitches start cropping up.

Sticker Hunter - someone who plays the game within the game at GetGlue and tries to amass as many stickers as they possibly can.

Sticker Stalker - One who waits until someone else on their subscription list pops a sticker so they can follow their lead and earn the sticker. Also, someone who subscribes to other users just to see their check-in history in an attempt to back-track a sticker's requirements.

SuperFan Sticker - a sticker that requires you to check-in to a topic 15 times to get it to pop

Web Widget (also Check-In Widget) - an applet placed on a TV show's webpage that lets you check-in to that show without having to go to GetGlue's website or use your smartphone app.

Widget Sticker - a sticker that can only be earned by checking-in via a Web Widget (see the Live Coco Cam and How To Be Human stickers).
