15 check-ins to a film is a bit harsh is it not? Not many people would legitimately watch a film that many times within such a short space of time- unless you check in every hour for 5-6 viewings! Sometimes they just make you want to cheat the system just to prove a point.

ReplyDelete@SeventyOne, I saw the Rick Grimes and Finale sticker. The Tina sticker for Glee is live, but GG also shows a Mr. Schue sticker too. I don't want to sound stupid, but is it live as well? I looked through my stream and no one seems to have it so I'm guessing maybe not. I hate it when GG shows stickers that are far from available, I get excited and confused at the same time.

ReplyDeleteI just got mine you have to have liked the movie to get it, plus check in. At least that is how I got mine.
ReplyDeleteI got this on my 12th check-in. Weird. Though... I think it's more by points, so commenting when you check-in probably gets you to the sticker faster. I don't know this for sure - just something I'm noticing. Anyone know?

ReplyDeleteI haven't managed to receive *any* of the Avatar stickers yet…! And the fact that there's so many versions of the same frickin' movie on GetGlue makes it even harder to figure it out…! :(

Kellie - Yeah, I'll agree that if one were playing the game properly that 15 check-ins to a movie like this would take forever. Most people who are sticker-hunting don't play by those rules, though. GetGlue currently limits you to one valid check-in every fifteen minutes, so in theory one can knock out a 15-check sticker in just under four hours by timing their check-ins properly.
